Skills Required: The Mad Boar Restaurant is seeking highly motivated, energetic culinary students who want to learn the hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant business. Externships available: banquet cooking and set up, artistic design, hot and cold line cooking, pre-preparation cooking, practical design layout, and daily kitchen operational knowledge.
Job Description: The Mad Boar Restaurant at River Landing near Wilmington, North Carolina is a 21,000 square foot multipurpose building proudly offering casual dining, fine dining and banquet facilities. Each room has its own special design and name. However, the entire interior design flows together effortlessly with grace and ease combining deep colors and luxurious woodwork. The Mad Boar casual dining, “Murphy’s River Dancer” fine dining with its Irish-style pub and the Celtic Court banquet hall provide southern hospitality and beautiful décor combined with personal attention to detail.
