Skills Required: Ten years in successful real estate sales. Proven inspirational leadership skills to a sales team. North Carolina real estate license, or in process of receiving license. Effective written and oral communication skills. Superior interpersonal skills. Proficiency in use of personal computer and familiarity with software used by the company. Must live in or relocate to River Landing.
Job Description: Main job function is to develop and implement strategic sales plans for River Landing, promoting the sale of real estate and all other products or services related within the company. • Creates sales strategic plans for implementation, considering ever-changing economic situations, demographics and trends; ensuring delivery of prospects, and conversion of prospects to sales. • Oversees the general management of the Sales Department; utilizing business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Trains sales executives and sales assistants, and develops on-going sales improvement training. • Integrates marketing plans to sales execution. • Develops and fosters relationships between corporate departments and with the River Landing membership. • Focuses on building sales team, identifying inefficiencies, implementing and refining sales processes. • Creates and utilizes referral programs. • Utilizes CRM to manage sales pipeline.  • Budgets, allocates and manages departmental annual operating budget.
